Spain

7 teachers from Rysensteen visited our partner school in Madrid, Colegio Estudio.

The 7 teachers lived in the area of Chueca, which is situated in the central part of the Spanish Capital and belongs to the part of the city that was a playground for 1980s artistic movement "Movida", that after the end of the Franco dictatorship explored cultural extremes.

The days were spent at the Spanish partner school, where we told the Spanish students about our exchange programme and prepared a cultural and historic walk of central part of Madrid.

The evenings were spent eating tapas, watching football at Real Madrids stadium and attending theater performances.

After an intense week the teachers went back to Denmark full of new ideas to further deveop Rysensteen´s collaboration with Colegio Estudio and the Global Citizenship Programme.
